I recently completed an amazing trip to **Singapore and **Malaysia, and I would like to sincerely thank Build My Trip and its owner Chandrakath for planning such a smooth and memorable journey.
From the very beginning, the trip was well-organized and thoughtfully planned. The itinerary covered all the major attractions while still allowing enough time to relax and enjoy each destination. Hotel arrangements, transportation, sightseeing, and overall coordination were handled professionally and without any hassle.
Special appreciation to Chandrakath for his personal involvement, quick responses, and continuous support throughout the trip. Every detail was taken care of, which made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. The guidance provided before and during the journey was extremely helpful.
Overall, it was a wonderful international travel experience filled with beautiful memories. I highly recommend Build My Trip to anyone looking for a reliable, well-managed, and customer-focused travel agency. I look forward to planning my future trips with them again!

Dear ‘Build My Trip’ Team
We recently returned from the Meghalaya trip organized by your agency, and I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude and share my wonderful experience.
The itinerary was well-structured, allowing us to explore the best of Meghalaya without feeling rushed. Highlights such as visiting the Living Root Bridges in Cherrapunji, Mawsmai Cave, numerous waterfalls, and the vibrant markets in Shillong were perfectly timed. The balance between guided tours and free time was just right, providing both structure and flexibility.
Staying at Hotel Gateway Shillong was a delight—the rooms were comfortable, clean, and the hospitality extended by the hotel staff enhanced our overall experience.
From the initial booking to the end of the trip, the customer service was exceptional. Communication was clear and prompt, and any special requests or concerns were addressed swiftly and efficiently.
Special thanks to Mr. Chandra Kanth for accompanying us all the way from Hyderabad-Telangana ensuring a smooth journey throughout.
Regards,
Dr. Keshav T
